Bonjour!

In July 2024 I decided to take the leap and buy Craft Pâté! My training came from the master of pâté, Benoit (along with Anne who are the founders of Craft Pâté), he taught me all his tips and tricks to make the perfect parfaits, terrines & Boudin Noir.

A little bit about myself, I am 21 and a food lover! I’m originally from London but have called NZ my home for the past 9 years. I’ve done a fair bit of travelling, including to France the home of pâté (cheese, pastries and all things yummy)!

I have always been interested in owning a business and with the support of my family and friends I have been able to take on this exciting adventure. I can’t wait to see what the future holds!
